Good day!

I currently own three sites which I migrated from HostGator to GoDaddy. Yesterday, the transfer through FTP was working perfectly. The site did not show any issues. I have an adult site and that is the site that recently had an issue. It was working fine yesterday. I have not added any plugins or edited anything yet after the site transfer and checked everything on my end but I am sure that it was working.

Whenever I log in to wp-admin or wp-login.php it does not do anything but instead it downloads a wp-login.php file.

steps I have tried are:
1. renaming the plugins folder (resetting)
2. uploading a fresh copy of wp-admin and wp-includes.
3. renaming .htaccess.
4. double-checking dns.

this is the address bookmarked on my browser: http://xxxxxxx.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fxxxxx.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

and I tried using xxx.com/wp-admin and login.php
