You have to follow the manual installation
First download wordpress package from and upload to GoDaddy file-manager root directory and extract it.youwill see "wordpress" folder (contains wordpress files").Move all the wordpress files to root directory and "wordpress" folder will empty delete it and follow the installation by going to Hope this will helps!!
