i've been stuck with this problem for more than 3 months now, I got a shared hosting account from Godaddy which i have 3 different websites in it, MY FTP SERVER LOOKS THIS WAY :

- the second site folder
- the third site folder - wp-admin ( of the first site) * set as a primary domain on Godaddy hosting account *
- wp-content(of the first site)...
- wp-includes(of first site)...
- some other few files of wordpress for THE FIRST WEBSITE including web.config file

Now i can feel this is unorganized and not well managed but the problem that im facing is the first website is really well set up, no problem in it at all, it has all the pretty CUSTOM permalinks set like this wwww.mysite.com/about ;or /contact now the real problem is when i set the custom permalinks on the other sites like the second one or the third one, to be like /about ; /contact-us or something similar, it shows me on the url http://www.mysecondsite.com/about but the content of the site is showing me the http://www.mysite.com/about which is the first website.. or if i access to a different url from one of the two sites besides the first, for example http://www.mysecondorthird.com/photos, which this permalink /photos doesnt exist on the first site..it just shows me a " 404 not found" but a custom error page which is on the first site... i know this is really confusing but i am completely lost, is it something that i should do with the files of my FTP server or is it something that i should add on the web.config PLEASE HELP...
ANY HELP WOULD BE SO MUCH APPRECIATED!!
