You'll need to start by finding a hosting provider, the WordPress team has a few recommendations at http://wordpress.org/hosting/
From there, you'll change your domain's name servers to point to the new hosting provider's name servers (you'll get these from your hosting provider).
After that, just start following along with https://codex.wordpress.org/New_To_WordPress_-_Where_to_Start and you'll be fine.
