decrivaine on "Bought Domain W/ GoDaddy, Now What?"

I'm brand new to all this... sorry if this is the wrong section to post this! Didn't know where else to ask and I'm about to run to work so I don't have time to call anyone.
Made a domain with godaddy and I want to use Wordpress. I can't really figure it out though. I read that you don't have to purchase the Wordpress Manager with Godaddy.
I can't even figure out how to install Wordpress on here, IT'S TOO COMPLICATED FOR MEEEE
So if anyone could point me to a tutorial, I'd be super grateful :)
