Hi,
I sent an enail to the provided email on mail-tester.com and checked to see if it reached it didn't, I kept refreshing the page every few minutes using the small refresh button on the bottom of the screen next to "Want to wait some more? Click to reload." then I kept the page open to the next day maybe the email I sent took longer time to reach than usual I reloaded the page and it returned the same result. "We didn't get your email"
please note that when I sent the test email from the plugin it said that the email was successfully sent.
