Yeah, I'm sorry GoDaddy is giving you the run-around.
"Server not found" means exactly what it says, the server cannot be reached by your browser. This is not a WordPress issue, this is strictly a hosting issue.
Try GoDaddy again, and perhaps this time you will get someone who will look further into the issue.
