I do not have the option to add a theme under appearance. I also do not have the option to add plugins.

Trying to apply a new theme, i have already added the theme to my wp-content/themes folder, however i have no place in my copiercollin.com/wp-admin.php panel to apply the theme.
I have read about the wordpress.com vs. wordpress.org interfaces, and i dont understand why there are two different ones, or which one godaddy installed for me when i ran the wordpress wizard in cpanel.
help!
