@WPyogi: I tried changing the file permissions and I get this back from Filezilla: Response: 500 'SITE CHMOD 777 wp-content': command not understood

Apparently CHMOD doesn't work with Windows?

I am going to call GoDaddy now but the person I spoke to seem to be clueless.
