If you search, you'll find a lot of similar threads, yes. But as per the forum policy, we don't get into discussions of hosting here - as it just gets spammy very fast.
Certainly, if you aren't happy with the hosting, find something better! There are lots of options out there so you should be able to find something that works for your needs.
