yashveer on "How To Import and Export data from Godaddy to Digital Ocean"

This article is perfect ? If i export my WordPress data via Setting>Tools>export and then delete godaddy hosting account and then i create account on digital ocean and install WordPress and goto Setting>Tools> import data ... So This Right or Not.? OR i need a developer to complete this process.?
