Hi guys,
I am in need of your assistance. I have Woocommerce 2.3.8 installed and as admin I receive new order emails, but the clients are not receiving the processing emails, concluded orders or notes. All these emails are active in the settings.
This is my first installation in GoDaddy and I've heard of some issues on this hosting but is also my first 2.3.8 installation so I'm not sure where the problem is. I find it strange that the New Order emails are being sent while the User emails are not. I've uninstalled all my other plugins and changed to twentyfifteen theme and the problem remains.
Can someone help me? Are there any other things I can try?
