A friend bought a domain name from godaddy and wants me to help him with a simple website using a wordpress template. I have no experience with this (I do know how to code in Java, but that is about it). What do I need to do to get things working? Do I simply need to download Wordpress and use it on the godaddy domain name my friend purchased? Or are there more steps I need to take?
