MDC2957 on "[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] Updated instructions for 4.2.2?"

Well now I feel dumb, I'll have to take another look more carefully. But from what I recall, there was some step where you have to enter a site ID number, but I didn't see any place to obtain that ID number. I must have just missed it completely.
