I called GODADDY and they informed me that since my hosting account was brand new & Wordpress was installed too fast (all the servers files weren't fully updated and running) So after un-installing and re installing I should be fine :)
I am grateful its an easy fix. I am using GoDaddy's 1 button WP Launch i am wondering if i should do it the "long" way.
