I have a woocomerce blog hosted with Godaddy managed wp https://thatsdesignstore.com/. I have the business plan with up to 5 sites and 500giga disc. On july 11th i have installed Woocommerce Subscription and Membership plugin, and the site was running well during 12h. The problem is that the Site start to run with a lot of downtime every day sometimes up to 300mn. Ihave a 503 error and sometimes nothing at all, only a blank page. I called various times Godaddy support for this issue but they told me that everything is fine in their side, and its maybe a database error or high trafic or a hacking. I actually have 100 to 200 visitors a day so it's not a traffic pb. So i bought the Sitelocker and runned a malware scan and didn't find any virus or hack. I have desactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one by one and most of all i desactivated the subscription and membership plugin that may have caused the pb ( and they are still desactivated). The site is still very slow and experimenting downtimes ll day. I have restorded my files and database too.
Note that i have 3 other websites on this wp managed plan that are running very well.
I need to know if i have to change the hosting or im doing somethimg wrong here. Thank you for your feedback. Nora
