Not from wordpress.org since wordpress.org does not host any sites. So, your only option is to ask your previous host and/or to take a look at server level wherever that site had been located if the hosting account has yet to actually be deleted. Merely re-pointing a domain to different nameservers should not have deleted anything (neither wp-content nor database) unless you or your host specifically did that also.
