Some website companies operate in a manner that locks the customer in. If you have no idea where to start, your learning curve may be too steep at this time. It may not be possible to do a "normal" move of content if you're locked in, anyway. If it were my content, I'd find a free screen capture tool I could learn quickly and sort of take copies of my images and whatever else I valued. You're likely stuck recreating it all anyway so it might be helpful to have a folder created on your hard drive to refer to as you work.
You can also capture the source code of each page and put it in a folder for the same purpose, with the possibility of copying and pasting some of the previous text used.
