agentemily on "Windows server svg files not loading"

I'm running a Wordpress site on a Windows server, at privacyhorizon.com. One of the issues I'm having is that my svg files won't show up, because the MIME-type, I think, is wrong. Since it's a windows server, changing the .htaccess file does nothing, but when I try to add a web.config file in my root directory, the CSS for the whole site breaks.
