Whenever I try to access my site by just typing the URL into the search bar I am getting this error message. It works on my phone, some computer's and when I view the site straight from my WP dashboard but I have been getting messages that the site is not working for some.

I called GoDaddy but they were not any help and said my website was working fine. I am not very familiar with cache but I am thinking that is the problem here?
I have already disabled and deleted Yoast SEO and cleared the GoDaddy cache through Wordpress.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
