I use Godaddy for web hosting, and my site load time is about 17 seconds (Wait time is about 15 seconds).

I am starting to belive that there is no point for me staying with GoDaddy hosting since everyone is having issue, with GoDaddy. Ps - I called GoDaddy and ofcourse everything seems normal on their side. I have Godaddy Delux account with Linux hosting. One solution is as I understand from reading other posts is to stay away from Godaddy.
If you any of you guys were able to figure out Wait-Time issue that happens with Godaddy Hosting and have a fix for it. I would really appreciate help.
I have tried:
.htaccess changes
Godaddy inbuilt compress files
disable all plug-ins etc..
I am using: wp super cache plugin.
