If you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software installation then you've already contacted WordPress support. These volunteer support forums staffed by people like you is the support model.

If you mean WordPress.COM which is not this place then try asking at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/ instead. No one here has anything to do with domain registrations and we're not .COM.
It's a common misunderstanding.
