zonegamma on "WP 4.6 GoDaddy"

I have an account on Godaddy and Installed WP 4.6

On the frontend the file dashicons.min.css won't load (pending)
and on the backend multiple svg files are pending preventing from accessig the Admin

Do you have an idea ?
