Did you also transfered .htaccess file from your previous host? Try to disable it for a moment and check again for error. It seems that GoDaddy has some issues with it.

You might want to try deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme to see if that makes a difference. FWIW, there are LOTS of threads on these forums with similar issues on GoDaddy :(.
