I have just noticed that I have the same problem. I haven't needed to change the settings on this plugin for quite a while but when I went to access it today it is not listed along with my other plugins. I'm not sure where, or when even, it has disappeared to. It is showing on my site but I want to remove it and do not know how.
Currently trying to look through my database, bu no luck yet. I will reply here if I get it sorted
