Hi, This ticket I have sent to godaddy to try and get my website back http://www.feedinternational.org, it has now completely disappeared altogether and trying to find someone to talk me through all this has not yet happened, I have seen some good tutorials for help but when it comes to wp_config_example php, when I do find it is not the same as what I have, so it comes to a dead end, so this is why I may just start another site, it could end up quicker.
I am now having problems with this/ Could not get directory info. Can you please help me with this, my website has gone from bad to worse, First my paypal not work in my shop then I do an update plugin for woocommerce and loose my shop, products and pages from my website and dashboard, then I try to go into my SQL and it won't recognise my log in detail ( user name and pass word) then I loose my site altogether now I can't get into my FTP file manager. I'm thinking of scrapping it altogether and starting again.
I know I'm a novice at this but I feel that I need to start from the beginning as now I don't know which way to turn fist, nothing works.
