Seba77 on "Godaddy blocks my IP when I upload various posts with Windows Live Writer"

I recently moved my site to Godaddy and I having a big problem.
I upload posts with Windows Live Writer, and I use to upload 4 to 10 at almost the same time from the same IP.
When I do that, my IP gets blocked for around 20 minutes. The site keeps working because I check it with IP fakers or my mobile, and if I restart my modem, I can access again because it changes my IP.
I tried to add my current IP to white IP list (at CPHULK), but Godaddy block me anyway. If I contact the Godaddy support, they say it's a matter with my ISP, and if I call to my ISP, they say they are not blocking anything.
Can you help me?
